Exchanges & returns

Customized pieces

Pieces with stickers, patches or a name chosen by you are made exclusively for you. They cannot be exchanged or returned, except for manufacturing defects — in that case we always make it right: repair, replacement or refund.

Non-customized pieces

Can be exchanged within 14 days of delivery, as long as they are unused and in the original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in case of defect.

How to request an exchange

Message @myheyvalley with your order number and photos of the piece. We reply within 1–2 business days.
