1. The shop

This website presents HEY, VALLEY! products. At this stage, orders are completed by Instagram message, where the total, payment and delivery are confirmed before production.

2. Prices

Prices shown include the stickers/patches indicated on each product. Extra customizations (e.g. embroidered name) are quoted and confirmed by message before production.

3. Production

All pieces are handmade to order. Small variations are part of each piece's unique character and are not defects.

4. Exchanges

See the Exchanges & Returns page, which is part of these terms.

5. Responsible parties

The shop is managed by responsible adults. Any purchase agreement is entered into with the brand's legal guardians.

Alternative dispute resolution

If we cannot solve a problem with you, you can take your complaint to a consumer dispute resolution body. As our place of business is in Lisbon, the competent body is the Lisbon Consumer Dispute Arbitration Centre (CACCL) — www.centroarbitragemlisboa.pt. You can also visit www.consumidor.gov.pt.
